Danrlei, Leixões' central back, was elected Player of the Month for March in League 2, in a choice made by the Professional Football Players' Union.
The Brazilian was a total player in the three games that Leixões played during the month and wore the mantle of a hero in the victory against Belenenses, scoring the winning goal after the 90th minute.
