Zé Carlos back at Gil Vicente on loan

Zé Carlos is back at Gil Vicente. The Portuguese right-back was loaned to the Barcelos team by SC Braga until the end of the 2022/23 season.
It's the return to a home that he knows well. Last season, Zé Carlos was one of the main figures on the team that got Gil Vicente's first ever qualification for European competitions.
This season, SC Braga loaned him to UD Ibiza, from the II Division of Spain, where he played 7 games in the first half of the season, now returning to Barcelos to gain more minutes and help the club in the fight for maintenance.
