Anthony Correia Joins the Team of the Year

Anthony Correia is one of the defenders who is part of the Liga 2 Team of the Year.
The defender was a key player in Académico de Viseu's journey to promotion. Twice elected Defender of the Month, he has now been chosen by captains and coaches to join the Team of the Year.
Anthony, 26, participated in 33 games for Académico in his debut year with the team.
He helped the team with three goals and, according to Liga Portugal data, made 149 ball recoveries, placing him in the top 10 of the competition.
