It was a long struggle to fully recover, but Gustavo Henrique is now back on the pitch.
On February 3, the forward suffered a serious injury in Estrela da Amadora's duel against Farense, in the 19th round of the II League. A long period of recovery followed, where dedication and effort were decisive so that the discouragement of being away from the pitch did not harm the process.
Gustavo Henrique was exemplary and, on December 2nd, practically ten months later, he felt the adrenaline of a game again. Sérgio Vieira launched it in the game in Vila do Conde, against Rio Ave, for the last 17 minutes of the match.
