Rodrigo Guedes Returns to Amarante

Rodrigo Guedes has joined Amarante for the new season, returning to the club after a spell with Académico de Viseu.
The 25-year-old defensive midfielder is back with Amarante as part of the club’s efforts to strengthen the squad ahead of the upcoming Liga Portugal 2 campaign.
During his previous stint at Amarante, Guedes made 13 appearances in Liga 3, impressing before earning a move to Académico de Viseu.
Having developed through the youth systems of Vitória de Guimarães and Rio Ave, Rodrigo Guedes has also represented Vianense and União de Santarém during his career.
