This is how André Castro said goodbye to the pitch. The midfielder ends his career serving his favorite club, wearing the FC Porto B shirt and being team captain.
The midfielder had even scored a fundamental goal to keep FC Porto B up last week, in the victory over Portimonense.
Now he says goodbye with a result that he certainly didn't want, a defeat to Benfica B (1-4), but with an important message for his teammates and for anyone who wants to make a career in football: “It's worth working every day, wanting more, enjoying winning, without stepping on anyone... I always tell these players that we have to want it really badly.”
